Flying Money In The Opposite Way

Many people love having  money added to their accounts, but taking money from other people? This is what President Trump is planning to do. Published by CNN on March, 16, 2017 by Dan Merica, President Trump plans to increases the defenses spending by around 54 billion dollars while cutting money from other departments. This is outrageous. How can one pull so much money from other programs in order to add money to defenses, while some of that defenses money goes to building a wall that isn't necessary. He plans to cut EPA’s fund by 31%, State Department by 28%, and HUD by 13.2%. This can affect everyone. It can cause many things to change as most of our federal money will be going to defenses. What's the point of spending so much money on defense if there is nothing left to defend.Pulling so much money away from sciences programs can affect how we research and learn new things to prevent things and make the world a better place. We won't be able to create new technology if there isn't any money to fund the research.  This can also  affect many schools as it can destroy public education in general. Hopefully there are major changes between Presidents Trump's plans as I believe it won't be the best option.

Equal Citizenship?

Uploaded to U.S News by Charles R. Venator-Santiago on March 3rd 2017, the author was discussing about how Puerto Ricans are being treated unfairly in terms of the rights and equality as a citizen. That is the big questions are they? Recently  Puerto Ricans were available to be granted 3 different types of citizenship throughout the year. A poll was taken  and it showed that only 43% knew that Puerto Ricans were considered Citizens of the United States. Since  1898 there were over 100 bills talking about their citizenship. 11 was above the citizenship laws, but after a while the bills were conferred and that created the 3 different types citizens from Puerto Rico. The author was neutral toward the subject and that can be relatable because this is a hard topic to talk about, with everything going on recently. This can change many laws that can affect families and friends. They may be considered citizens or not, but if they are they must be treated equally as all citizens of the United States of America. This can also cause tension between the people and the government. This information can be used to  show how many people actually know who's a citizen or not. People may or may not be a citizen, but that doesn't give a person the right to treat someone else beneath them.
