A Threat on National Security???
As of December 22, 2016 it was publicly published that FBI has pointed out Chinese- Americans connected with a controversial insider-threat reduction program that threaten to mess with multiple polygraphs test. This is very serious as it can be putting many innocent agents into a situation where they are being flagged. Being very serious, there were investigations taken place. Over 21 billion compromises records at the Office of Personal Management. One of the greatest concern was security-clearance applicants. Being able to pass the test and gain access to classified information. polygraphs were given frequently to security clearance to maintain the risk of a breach. This was published to Fox News by Catherine Herridge. I learned about how agents had to be tested within a type period to be able to be cleared to have access to classified information and fields. I can also use this information about how the FBI was hiding this the whole time of a possible breach that can put many in danger to show how secretive the government is.This can affect and cause tension between the people and government. Not creating a trusting bond. People being able to manipulate the test to there own advantage. A threat on National Security or a way for the United states to show racist-ism. Just how some are taking this in. And others the other way. In situations like this there should be a way to communicate before actions, not just behind close doors, but between everyone. From higher levels of government to locals to inform the community on what is going on.
